what i'm wearing today @ 15:57
as it's early days i thought i start of with a simple outfit post as i'm hoping I can't really go wrong with that. I don't really want to concentrate on posting outfits as this blog is more about things i'm making and inspiring things i've found but i'm sure a few will turn up here and there..
here i'm wearing my striped knitted skirt, it was £5 from Primark and i love it - but i've struggled to find something perfect to wear with it, i first teamed it with a tan leotard and brogues and little cream socks, which i thought looked quite cute but my boyfriend did not agree! This time I think i've definitely found it the perfect friends. my new £5 boots - they are my latest bargain and i've worn them everyday since i found them - black ankle socks and my trusty cream tunic.
I've also got my leather jacket back out of the wardrobe I've been wearing my fur coat most days lately but since the sun was shining this morning I thought i'd take advantage! The studs on the jacket were added by me. And my hairband. A simple black band but i've pinned my bow tie to the front to give it a bit more character.
Apologies for the picture, hopefully as i get more comfortable they'll become a bit more adventurous

Time for a little bit about me. I think this was the part I was dreading the most when thinking about starting a blog. It's very hard to make it sound as though it isn't just a copy and paste from some "howtobeafashionblogger" guide
But here go's. I'm Bethany. I'm 20 years old and living in London whilst studying Fashion Design. I'm only in my first year, and not to sound to dramatic, the whole experience is surprisingly overwhelming!
Now that my first semester is over, i feel like i really could sleep for a week or two. But no time for that, as i've promised my 2012 will be a very productive one, from start to finish.
Another promise was to start this blog. I don't expect millions of people to read T&T but i really think it'll help me get my life in order, get some perspective and finally stick to something!
I plan on recording the things i've made, things i've found, the things i love. And of course things i'm longing for. Plus all the numerous pretty things that catch my eye every day.
